SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC., a land planning, civil engineering and landscape architecture firm formed 50 years ago in Louisville Kentucky is seeking technical staff which includes an entry level CADD Technician / Designer and a Civil Engineer / Project Manager. The ability to work on a team in an open office concept and a knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD software is desired.
Current Open Positions:
Civil Engineer / Project Manager – We are seeking an experienced and talented Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our team. Preferably the candidate holds a professional engineer’s license in the state of Kentucky or the ability to obtain licensure within one year. Candidates should have experience designing residential and commercial projects as well as infrastructure projects such as water mains, sanitary sewers and storm water management systems. Once acclimated the applicant will be expected to manage clients, schedules, project budgets and design staff assigned to each project.
Engineer / EIT – We are seeking a candidate that holds a degree in civil engineering with the ability to acquire or already have an EIT certificate. The candidate will play a key role in the design, planning and general site civil design for various projects, including residential and commercial developments. CADD Technician / Designer – Candidates will work with professional engineers and landscape architects to produce exhibits, presentation drawings, plats and construction documents for public, commercial and residential projects. Applicants need to become proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Through experience and training the candidate will learn how to process field survey data, prepare property plats, and digital terrain models. This position has great potential to expand the employee’s knowledge of the design and construction industry.
